BOLW MOLD

INJECTION MOLD
As a mold for producing CAP products, it is a mold that is used in various fields without restrictions on usage.
It is a mold that can best express the desired shape, and there is a difference in mold cost depending on the shape and cavity.
Mold production period is 45-60 days on average
IBM MOLD
A mold for making containers, which is a combination of injection + brow mold
Mold cost is high, but it is advantageous for cost reduction, so it is selected when converting from small quantity production to mass production
Mold production takes an average of 50-60 days
3D Print
Used when mocking up a product, used when you want to make a design or shape of a product in advance
